Agency is an environmental justice firm implementing winning, regenerative strategies for frontline communities of color—those hurt first and worst by the climate crisis. Founded by a women-led, multicultural team of power builders, Agency develops innovative strategies to repair the effects of climate change and reinvest in communities impacted by colonization, extraction, and slavery. Combining lived experiences with decades spent funneling hundreds of millions to disadvantaged communities, we take a people-first approach to bring about transformative change.
